Payment:

I accept payment via Paypal or you can send a check or money order. Payment can be made with Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account. Please contact me if you are having any trouble going through the Paypal process. Your order will ship as soon as your payment has been received or your check has cleared.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Since my ultimate goal is that you love your Stonedance purchase, please contact me within 7 days if you are not satisfied and I will refund your purchase price (not including shipping). You may also exchange your item for another piece.

To receive a refund, return the piece in its original packaging (prepaid insured mail) and include your original receipt. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back to me, I will not be able to refund you. You will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply at my discretion.

After 7 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Orders paid for by check or money order are not returnable but I would still be able to make an exchange for another piece.
