About the Artist

I’ve always been passionate about
color, texture, and design. Earlier in life, this manifested as a
desire to decorate my home with old, one-of-a-kind items that I
discovered in antique shops or thrift stores. I’d bring home a
worn-out desk, sit down with some paint, tools, and sandpaper, and the
next day I’d have a vintage-looking piece of art. My husband and
children watched as our rather plain-looking house slowly transformed
into a wonderland of homemade treasures.
It was six years ago when I first
picked up some beads and my creativity found its true calling. Making
jewelry, I discovered that certain stones and beads called to each
other, composing themselves into unique designs that I added to my
personal collection. Soon people began asking me where I got my
jewelry, and as interest swiftly grew, I knew it was time to take my
jewelry public!
Using semi-precious stones, Hill Tribe
silver, unique beads, and craftsmanship honed over countless hours in
the studio, I bring you Stonedance Designs – browse and discover the
fun, sassy, stylish, funky, classic, simple, or sophisticated piece that
is meant just for you!
